We would like to invite you to sponsor one of the most prestigious events in Morgan Hill, the Morgan Hill Community Foundation’s Philanthropy Awards Night. This event is scheduled for November 12, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. at the Community and Cultural Center in downtown Morgan Hill.

Sponsor One of the Philanthropy Night Awards

This year, we've added a new sponsorship category allowing you to be named sponsor of one of the 2021 Philanthropy Night awards.

Each year approximately 20 non-profit organizations recognize individuals or groups who arecommitted to accomplishing the mission of their organization. This is done through a brief light-hearted video presentation at which point the honoree receives a recognition award. The Morgan Hill Foundation’s Philanthropy Night recognizes the good work of local volunteers and supporters who embody the “Give Where You Live” spirit.

The kind donations and sponsorships from individuals and companies like yours, allow the Morgan Hill Community Foundation to continue its effort of focusing our resources to help the greater Morgan Hill area and those nonprofits serving this community. One example this past year was the COVID-19 disaster relief fund in which the Morgan Hill Community Foundation was able to provide $129,000 to local nonprofit
agencies assisting those most affected.

Philanthropy Night 2021 Sponsorship Opportunities

$10,000 – Philanthropy Night Awards Gala Co-Host

Included as Morgan Hill Community Foundation Philanthropy Night Awards Co-Host in pre-event publicity and event marketing materials. (Sponsorship must be received by October 1st for media.)
Featured as Philanthropy Night Awards Co-Host with the Morgan Hill Community Foundation in the event program.
8 complementary event tickets including catered dinner at your table.
Opportunity to speak live at the opening of the event and/or include a pre-recorded 90-second event video presentation.
Opportunity to submit an honoree that performed community service in Morgan Hill, which includes a pre-recorded video regarding your honoree’s contributions in the community, honoree will receive commendation from the City of Morgan Hill and County of Santa Clara.
Your Company will also receive benefits of Sponsor of an Honoree level below including your Company name will be mentioned as a sponsor when both the Morgan Hill Community Foundation and your own Honoree you choose receives Commendations from City and County.
Name and logo displayed prominently during the event, in program, social media, and tickets as a Co-Host for the event.
Company logo and Co-Host reference included on MHCF website for 6 months

$5,000 – Philanthropy Leader

Included as Morgan Hill Community Foundation Philanthropy Leader in pre-event publicity and event marketing materials. (Sponsorship must be received by October 1st for media.) Featured as a Philanthropy Leader in the event program.
8 complimentary event tickets including catered dinner at your table.
Opportunity to have a pre-recorded 90-second event video presentation.

$3,000 – Community Sponsor

Included as Morgan Hill Community Foundation Community Sponsor in pre-event publicity and event marketing materials. (Sponsorship must be received by October 1st for media.) Featured as a Community Sponsor in the event program.
8 complimentary event tickets including catered dinner at your table.
You will also receive benefits of Sponsor of an Honoree level below including your Company name will be mentioned as a sponsor when a non-profit’s Honoree receives Commendation from City and County. You can select any one of the approximately twenty participating non-profit’s Honoree of your choice until taken.
Name and logo displayed prominently during the event, in program, social media, and tickets as a Philanthropy Leader for the event.
Company logo included on MHCF website for 6 months

$1,500 – Sponsor of an Honoree

Included as Morgan Hill Community Foundation Sponsor of an Honoree in pre-event publicity and event marketing materials. (Sponsorship must be received by October 1st for media.) Featured as a Sponsor of an Honoree in the event program.
2 complimentary event tickets including catered dinner.
Name and logo displayed prominently during the event, in program, social media, and tickets as a Sponsor of an Honoree for the event.
Your Company name will be mentioned as a sponsor when a non-profit’s Honoree receives Commendation from City and County. You can select any one of the approximately twenty participating non-profit’s Honoree of your choice until taken.

$1,000 – Spirit of Philanthropy Sponsor

Featured as a Spirit of Philanthropy Sponsor in the event program.
2 complimentary event tickets including catered dinner.
Name and logo displayed prominently in program, projector screen, social media, and posters.
