MHCF Continues to Support and Fund Subsidized Childcare for Essential Workers
Morgan Hill Community Foundation in partnership with Morgan Hill Unified School District, The YMCA, and Santa Clara County is asking for your help in supporting local healthcare workers, first responders, and other essential workers. This Essential Services Workers Childcare Program provides childcare service for people working in essential businesses.
About the Essential Workers' Childcare Program
This community resource for essential workers and their children is provided via the Morgan Hill Unified School District in partnership with the Santa Clara County Office of Education and the YMCA as a result of consultation with Santa Clara County Public Health.
This childcare program is aimed at helping Essential Services Workers to continue to do their jobs without having to worry about childcare issues due to closing of schools and daycares in South Santa Clara County. The program is held at Barrett Elementary School in Morgan Hill. The current price is $200 with a 20% sibling discount, but donor funds are available NOW to help with costs for those who need it.
