A Chance to Brainstorm and Get Creative Ideas for the Window Art Competition

Join Pamala Meador from El Toro Culture and Arts Committee and the Morgan Hill Community Foundation, as she hosts a free online window art class for middle and high school students to help them submit window art to the “Morgan Hill Together” Art Competition.

The "Morgan Hill Together" Art Competition is a K-12 window art competition that is raising money for the Morgan Hill Community Foundation's Disaster Relief Fund, which is currently helping those in need as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

This free class will be live on Facebook at 2 pm Pacific on Wednesday, June 24th. It's a great opportunity to brainstorm and get creative ideas to express yourself fo the "Morgan Hill Together" Window Art Competition.

The class will provide an outlet for students to support their community and engage in a philanthropic cause. It's an opportunity to demonstrate their creative and artistic abilities through the expression of artwork on our windows and show that we are united and connected in more than a physical way during shelter-in-place.

This brainstorming session will help students come up with ideas that represent “Morgan Hill Together.” Pamala will discuss ways about how these ideas can be turned into window art using a variety of methods. Since this is an art competition, students will be encouraged to individualize their projects by choosing their own mediums, materials, colors and symbols to show how we are all connected during this time where we are all physically separated.
