Joe Trammel

Joe Trammell is a sales professional with over twenty years of experience in direct sales, sales and account management, employee and relationship development, and leadership. His industry experience includes Human Resources, Recruitment, and Ingredient Sales and he has been recognized for Sales Performance and Leadership Excellence multiple times during his career.  

Currently, Joe is the Director of Sales at George Chiala Farms, Inc. where he is responsible for the overall Sales Success of the company and leads a team of 8. George Chiala Farms has been a growing employer in Morgan Hill for over 40 years and counting.

Joe’s family moved to Morgan Hill when he was a child. He attended Nordstrom Elementary, and he graduated from Live Oak High School in 1995. He moved away after college but came back in 2015 to work at Chiala Farms and raise his family with his wife Kim. He was looking for a way to give back to the community that has given so much to him and his family and was introduced to the Morgan Hill Community Foundation through another Board Member. After learning more about the Foundation and their philosophy of “Give Where You Live” he jumped at the opportunity to help.
