Bob Lipscomb is a professional civil engineer with expertise in utility construction and maintenance.  His career has included many assignments and relocations, with extensive experience leading workgroups, including a workforce of over 5,000 employees.

Bob is known for strategic thinking and business development, including participation with a consortium of companies focusing on breakthrough performance, meeting internationally to identify best practices.
In 2018 Bob retired as Vice President with Gas Transmission Systems and currently serves on their board of directors. He continues to provide executive consulting and mentoring as a way to give back to his profession.

Bob and his wife Robin moved to Morgan Hill in 1993 and chose to stay and raise their three children, two of which continue to reside in Morgan Hill. Bob was first introduced to the Morgan Hill Community Foundation representing a corporate sponsor and later joined the board of directors in 2008.
